Crystal Ann leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Crystal Ann’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Crystal Ann will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her grandfather Thomas Wayne Minors. She is survived by: her daughter Skylee Poulin; her parent Tammy Self (Wayne); her brothers, Tommy Self and B. J. Self; her nieces and nephews, Jayden "Jay" Self, Aubree "Bree" Self, Kensley St. John and Bentley St. John; and her grandmother Pat McCowan. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mitford Baptist Church (467 State Rd S-20-259, Great Falls, SC 29055). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
