She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Norman and Hydesgia Norman; her husband Henry Clayton Starnes, Jr.; and her sisters, Hamdy N. Kemp, Nora Norman and Jerri N. Long.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Davis (Eric) and Hank Starnes (Tammy); her grandchildren, Clayton Starnes and Elizabeth Davis; her nephews, George Kemp and Lee Kemp (Melissa) of Lexington; her great-nephews, Stephen Kemp, Parker Kemp and Hudson Kemp; and her caregivers, Pat, Janet, Bernice and Debra. She is also survived by four great, great nephews.
