He is survived by: his children, Johnny, Jr. Patterson (Veronica) of Winnsboro, Deontray Dye of Greenville, Lakiesha Young (Brian) of Great Falls, Latasha Dye of Winnsboro and Santara Dye of Winnsboro; his sisters, Gladys Patterson (Alonzo) of Winnsboro, Mary Ann Dye of Richburg, Cathy Sanders (Thomas) of Gastonia and Angela Yvonne Dye of Gastonia; and his brother-in-law Roosevelt Hill of Great Falls. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren (his oldest grandson, Que was his best friend.
