He is survived by: his sisters, Anna Lyon Rogers and Carole Rogers; his niece Elizabeth Rogers Ratledge (Brian); his nephews, James R. Rogers (Catherine), Edward Hedrick (Donna), Jonathan Rogers and Stephen Rogers; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jami, Jessica, Edward, Abby, Lucy, John Brian, Jimmy, Charlie and Bethany.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Myrtle Green Cemetery (11319 Old Stake Rd, Tabor City, NC 28463).
