He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Quick and Jessie Belle Quick; his sister Joan Merck; his brother-in-law Daniel West; his niece Karen Merck; and his former wife Theresa Quick.
He is survived by: his sister Jewell Deloras West; his sons, Matthew Quick (Lauren) and Mark Quick (Renata); his grandsons, Jack, Henry, James, Thomas and Allan; his niece Robin Gunn; and his nephew Hu Merck. He is also survived by his family, his friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Home (639 N Main St, Greenville, SC 29601).
