Bob Burroughs Obituary

We announce the death of Bob Burroughs of Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on October 21, 2026, at the age of 89. Bob will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Burroughs and Ethel Burroughs; and his wife Esther Ruth Milligan. He is survived by: his daughter Melody Burroughs Reid (Will); his granddaughters, Anna Reid Bowling (Brad), Caroline Smith Reid (Matt) and Frances Reid Twomey (Mike); his son David Lloyd Burroughs (Colleen); his grandchildren, Milligan Burroughs Hall (Jonathan) and Walker Lloyd Burroughs (Hanna); and his great grandchildren, Helen Bowling, Reid Bowling, Wilder Twomey and Ward Donaldson.
