He is survived by: his wife Mary Kitchen; his stepsons, Jim Long (Duanette) and Mike Long (Ann); his granddaughters, Mandy Pilot, Jessy Long and Chelsea Long Smith; and his great grandchildren, Addy Long, Hunter Long, Jasmine Smith, Lucas Smith and Chloe Smith.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Rocky Creek Baptist Church (1801 Woodruff Rd, Greenville, SC 29607). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
