She is survived by: her husband John Christopher "Chris" Hoffman; her children, Michael Hoffman (Terri) and Terese Hoffman Watson (Mitch); and her grandchildren, Carter Watson, Ryan Watson, Katie Hoffman and Alex Hoffman.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church (3710 Augusta Rd, Greenville, SC 29605). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Carol's memory to Meals On Wheels of Greenville, Our Lady of the Rosary or Safe Harbor.
