She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Weston Garrison II; her parents, Dillard Ballew and Virginia Kirby Ballew; and her siblings, Martha Brown, Ivy Abbott, Charles Ballew and Kirby Ballew.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Weston Garrison III (Camelia), Caroline Kucherer, Lynn Richardson (Steve) and Nina Hathaway (Bobby); and her sister Jean Smith. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mausoleum Chapel in Cannon Byrd Memorial Park.
