He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Worley and Emma Worley; and his sister Jean Fain. He is survived by: his wife Ann Worley; his children, Debra Worley and Cecil Ray Worley, Jr. (Michelle); his grandchildren, Lauren Worley and Jacob Worley; and his sister Henrietta Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
