With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles D. Dellinger (Greenville, South Carolina), who passed away on January 5, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Dellinger and Maude Dellinger; and his siblings, Blaire and Ethel. He is survived by: his wife Janie; and his children, David, Bob (Katy), Denise (Mike) and Lisa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
