Though Clarence may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde William and Cora Lee Sutton Johnson; and his brother Rev. Clyde Johnson, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Louise Cape Johnson; his sons, Russell "Rusty" Johnson (Lisa), Rocky Johnson (Tammy) and John David Woodson; and his sisters, Dorothy O'Baninion, Joyce Sullivan (Ed) and Phyllis DeHart. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Washington Baptist Church Cemetery (208 Washington Church Rd, Pelzer, SC 29669).
