He is survived by: his wife Veronica Brown of Easley, SC; his sons, Jay West of Simpsonville, SC and Rashid West (Emily) of Greenville, SC; his grandchildren, Jasmyn, Adrienne, Sophia, Brielle and Beckham; and his brother Marvin West (Janice).
