He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Jacob Belcher and Susie Jane Belcher (Edwards); and his siblings, Evelyn Miller, Carlos "Jake" Belcher and Faye Batson.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jo Belcher; his children, Mary Jane Watson (Gregg) and David Belcher (Cindy); his grandchildren, Caleb Watson (Hannah), Caitlyn Watson, Stephen Belcher and Leighann Belcher; and his great grandchild Carson Watson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
