We bid farewell to Clyde T. Watson (Greenville, South Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 23, 2025 at the age of 76. Clyde touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Clyde may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Clyde touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry David and Marie Turner Watson; his brother Henry David Watson, Jr.; and his close friend Michael Christopher Watson. He is survived by: his wife Frankie Heaton Watson; his daughter Julie Watson Wertz (Douglas); his grandson Davis Watson Wertz of Anderson; and his brother-in-law Randall Ferguson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (1 Pine Knoll Dr, Greenville, SC 29609).
