With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Curt DeShields of Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Curt leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his father Larry Martin DeShields; and his brother Tim DeShields. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Elaine Graham DeShields; his mother Mary DeShields Holden; his daughter Ava DeShields; and his sister Marie Barbre (Jack). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
