He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bash Schaaf; his children, Brad Schaaf (Susan) and Shannon Jackson; his grandchildren, Kristen Schaaf, Ravanna Jackson (Cameron Kurtz), Ryan Schaaf, Ridgway Jackson and Kate Schaaf; his siblings, Jennifer Campbell (Gary) and Danny Schaaf (Julie); and his siblings-in-law, Tim Bash (Joan), Jennifer Swails (Hansel) and Rebecca Weihrauch (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
