He is survived by: his wife Angela; his sons, Andrew (Weston) and Weston; his parents, Howard Green and Holly Green of Indianapolis; and his brother David (Heather) of Minneapolis, Indiana. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews, countless cousins, friends.
