Hook; his wife Donna Hook; his daughter Jacqueline Thomas (Lee); his grandchildren, Hayden and Jackson Thomas; his siblings, Rhett Hook (Pam), Freddy Hook and Kim Sanchelli (Greg); and his brother-in-law Sammy Sanders. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
