He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Curtis and Shelley Curtis; his brother Bobby Curtis; his sister-in-law Laura; his sister Chelsie Greenway; his brother-in-law Patrick; his nieces, Addie and Isabelle; his grandparents, Bob and Karen Strand; his uncle Derrick; his aunt Shelley Strand; and his cousin Jackson.
