He is survived by: his wife Frances Zappia Hawver; his daughter Elizabeth Johnson (Clinton) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his grandchildren, Christopher Johnson and Lindsey Johnson; and his siblings, Lucinda, Kevin Hawver (Liz) and Bruce Hawver (Michelle).
