He is survived by: his wife Frances Lee Howard; his children, Gregory David Howard (Barbara), Elizabeth Jane Howard and Jill Alison Howard; his grandsons, Keith Ode and Joel Ode; his great grandchildren, Aaden Smith and Liam Ode; his brother Phillip Allen Howard; his sister-in-law Caroline; and his nieces, Deborah, Rebecca and Elizabeth. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
