He is survived by: his wife Josilind "Lind" Fant Vickery; his sons, Mason Fant Vickery of Greenville and David J. Vickery, Jr. (Joy) of Greenville; his grandchildren, David Jackson "Jack" Vickery, III of Greenville and Jillian Caroline Vickery of Greenville; and his siblings-in-law, Georgie Vickery of Simpsonville and Carroll Burns of Greenville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
