He was predeceased by: his former wife Pat; his parents, Parker Maurice Malcolm and Geraldine Nuzum Malcolm; and his brothers, James Malcolm and Steve Malcolm.

He is survived by: his siblings, Fred Malcolm, John Malcolm and Carolyn Malcolm Wisman; and his wife Lord. He is also survived by his daughters, his grandchildren, his great-grandchildren.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA.
