She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Masters and Kathleen Redman Masters. She is survived by: her husband Steven P. McManis; her daughter Ellianna McManis Shipp (Austin); her brothers, Kevin Masters (Stacie) and Keith Masters (Deanna); and her son-in-law Austin.
Debra homeschooled Ellianna and her contributions to homeschooling extended to the local community where she taught a variety of classes at several different co-ops.
