She was predeceased by: her parents, Fannie Mae Carmen and Luther Hayes; her husband George W. Puckett, Jr.; her children, James "Mark" Puckett and Melissa Puckett; and her siblings, Carl, James, Ralph, Norman, David Hayes, Etheline Williams, Annell Ferguson, Gaynell Fuller and Mary Major.
She is survived by: her son George "Michael" Puckett; her brother-in-law Larry "Doc" Major; Karen Puckett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
