She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Lee and Rose Fowler Maxwell of Greenville; her husband Cliatt; and her sister-in-law Barbara Leake Maxwell. She is survived by: her children, Marianne Alewine, Katherine Pulliam (Lonnie) and Edward "Eddie" Cliatt Alewine, Jr. (Mitzi); her grandsons, Cameron Pulliam and Zachary Alewine; and her brother C. Robert "Bob" Maxwell (Judy).
