He is survived by: his sons, Keith Wayne Douglas (Janice) and Barry Jesse Douglas (Renita); his grandchildren, David Keith Douglas (Carly), David Chad Reece (Casey) and Kellie Douglas Frisbee (Brock); his great grandchildren, Kohyn, River, Faye, Townes, Shia, Scottie, Knox and Banks; and his siblings, Leba Douglas Jones and Leon E. Douglas.
