He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Fulghum and Rachel Duncan Fulghum; and his brother Joe Case. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Moore Fulghum; his children, Joshua Fulghum (Tanda), J. J. Fulghum and James Fulghum (Alicia); his granddaughters, Emily, Ella and Ava Fulghum; and his brother Ronnie Barbrey (Tammy) of Knoxville.
