Eric Gould and Laura Gould Ramsey (Greg); his grandchildren, W. Clark Gallivan (Katie), Graham W. Gallivan (Basil), Anne Genevieve Gallivan Templeton (Robb), H. Francis Gallivan IV, Henry M. Gallivan, Jr. (Mandy), Harriet P. Gallivan Hoffman (Matt) and Mary Katherine Gallivan; his stepgrandchildren, Morgan E. Ramsey and Gregory A. Ramsey, Jr. (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Jack, Max, Sam, Graham Gallivan, Lillian, Caroline, Mills III, Benjamin and Chandler; his wife Joan; and his caregivers, Jessie Berry and Calvin Phelps.
