She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Hampton Collins; her parents, Herman Blume and Clem Blume; her siblings, Bobby Willis, Howard Willis and Joyce Tapp; her grandson Anthony "Tony" Smith; and her close friend Alvene Rothell.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Smith; her grandchildren, Shane Smith (Rachel) and Mandy Baxter (Chris); her great grandchildren, Chris Wanser, CJ Smith (Stina), Petee Vitale (Tabby), Amber Smith, Chelsea Tate (Travis), Caley Baxter and Caden Baxter; her great great grandchildren, Ryan Wanser, Abby Smith, Mason Vitale, Lil Barry Hames, Everley Tate, Audrey Tate, Ivy Tate, Raylin Pace, Elena Pace and Alivia Pace; and her daughter Brenda Swartz.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Miracle Hill Children's Home or The Church at 1720 in Taylors SC.
