He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Iverson Brownell and Agnes Brownell. He is survived by: his wife Dusty; his sons, Smith (Mackenzie), Reed (Melisa) and Iverson; and his grandchildren, Sam, Annie and Katherine.
A memorial service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Christ Church (10 N Church St, Greenville, SC 29601).
