He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Mulligan; his parents, Andrew Mulligan and Pauline Elrod Mulligan; and his siblings, Mack Mullikin, Andrew Mulligan, Mildred Wyatt, Velma Nash, Elizabeth Mullikin and Sybil Gravley.
He is survived by: his children, Ashlee Mulligan Williams (Jerry) and Mark Andrew Mulligan (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Jon, Jenifer, Dylan and Ryan. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
