He is survived by: his wife Phyllisteen Pack Spain; his children, Cedric Spain, Sr. (Kelly), Jalene "Lena" Spain Thomas (Torrence) and Shaun Spain; his grandchildren, Cedric "CJ" Spain, Jr., Bryce Spain and Aaliyah Spain; his siblings, James Spain (Ester), Lou Belle Graham (Willie), Ivory Spain and Kenneth Spain (Doreen); and his sisters-in-law, Josie Spain, Melvenia Spain and Priscilla Spain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
