He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivey Glenn Heath and Ethel Byrd Heath. He is survived by: his spouse Emmalyn Heath; his daughters, Courtney Madden (Sean) and Lauren Bryant (Wes); his granddaughters, Ivey Madden, Campbell Bryant and Reese Bryant; his sister Sandra Jones; and his siblings-in-law, John Jones, Polly Helms, Phifer Helms and Bill Ratterree.
