He was predeceased by: his stepson Stanley Gambrell; and his sisters, Grace Arledge, Frances Evans and Gladys Neff. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Poole Moore; his children, Diane Gibson of Greer, Deborah Blackston of Anderson, James Ray Moore of Anderson, Joel Keith Moore of Greenville and Brian Parris of Blue Ridge; his stepsons, Steve Gambrell (Cheryl), James Gambrell (Belinda), Alan Gambrell (Wanda) and Larry Gambrell; his stepdaughter-in-law Dianne Gambrell of Greenville; and his sisters, Faye Janovich of Mauldin and Freida Gumlack of Greenville. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
