He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Madison and Martha Madison (Ringius); his wife Irma; and his siblings, Robert (Sue), Ann Jenkins (Fred) and Joan Anderson (Andy).
He is survived by: his children, Kirsten and Eric (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Rachael (Michael), Collin and Megan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
