John Weaver Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Weaver in Greenville, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Walton and Julia Garver Weaver; his siblings, Paul Walton Weaver Jr., Wilton "Bill" Weaver (Mildred), Jacob "Jack" Weaver (Louise), Garland Weaver (Wynonah), Samuel Weaver and Lois Johnson (David "Pete" Johnson); and his brother-in-law Alfred "Grunt" Tolson.
He is survived by: his wife Starla Weaver; his sons, John Weaver Jr. (Diane), Michael Weaver and Kevin Weaver (Maria); his grandchildren, Ryan Weaver (Elyssa), Zachary Weaver (Nicole), Brian Weaver (Pressley), Ariel Smith (Luke), Lexi Puckett (Davis) and Brady Weaver; his great grandchild Adeline Eden Weaver; his sister Judy "Sue" Tolson; and his sister-in-law Doris Weaver.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Challedon Golf Course (6166 Challedon Cir, Mt Airy, MD 21771).
