Jonathan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jonathan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jonathan will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Phyllis Benson Boggs of Greenville; his parents, Luther Boggs and Edna Brown; and his children, Dr. Stephanie Boggs of New Orleans, LA and Christopher Boggs (Willie Mae) of Greenville, SC. He was also cherished by three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Abel Baptist Church (150 Abel Rd, Clemson, SC 29631).
