He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Evans and John Scott; his stepfather Windell Evans; his children, Jerinthian, Jerimiah Fordham, Jalisha of Greenville, SC and Jasiah Croskey of Greenville, SC; his fiancée Alisha Croskey of Greenville, SC; and his siblings, Tony Fordham (Elizabeth) of Manning, SC, Taquilla Ulmer of Philadelphia, PA and Marlita Fordham of Sumter, SC. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
