He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Bryson Gibbs; and his parents, Carl Lee Gibbs Sr. and Cleo Woody Gibbs. He is survived by: his son Corey Gibbs; his daughter-in-law Nina Karina Mata Gibbs; his daughter Jennifer Gibbs Bell; his son-in-law Marcus Bell; his grandson Anthony Luis Gibbs; his sister Laura Puckett; and his pet Opie.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his children, Jennifer and Corey.
