She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Eugene and Dorothy Fortner Porter; and her brother Edward Eugene Porter, Jr. (Phyllis). She is survived by: her spouse Cecil David Buchanan II; her son Kenneth Ashley Troutman Jr. (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Zander and Elizabeth; and her sister Mary Beth Carroll (Hugh). She is also survived by 20 nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
