With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Peace Harte (Greenville, South Carolina), who passed away on August 17, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Judith may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bony Hampton Peace, Jr. and Dorothy Pedrick Peace; and her husband Nelson Norfleet Harte, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Chandler Cobb (Jimmy) of Georgetown, SC, Dorothy Miller (Ben) of Moncks Corner, SC, Judith Fournier (Brian) of Rockingham, NC and Nelson Harte III (Linda) of Aberdeen, NC.; and her siblings, Betty Stall of Greenville, SC, Estelle McClary of Georgetown, SC and Bony Peace III (Diane) of Georgetown, SC.. She is also survived by grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
