He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Cooper Bowman and Howard R. Bowman; and his brothers, Ronald K. Bowman (Martha) and John M. Bowman (Jane). He is survived by: his wife Lynda Campbell Bowman; his children, Sally Campbell Boozer (Matthew) of Pawleys Island, SC and Clay O. Campbell of Anderson, SC.; his grandchildren, Caroline Boozer, Harley Grace Campbell of Anderson, SC and C. J. Campbell; his great grandchild Emma Campbell of Fair Play, SC.; his nephews, Stuart Bowman of Clemson, SC and Kris Bowman (Beth) of Central, SC; and his niece Leesa Martin (David) of Pendleton, SC. He is also survived by three great nieces and two great nephews.
