She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur H. "Pete" Blackwell; and her parents, James E. Bebber and Thelma C. Bebber. She is survived by: her sons, Gary (Donna) and Craig; her grandchildren, Bailey Blackwell, Hannah Myers (Wes) and Dr. Caleb Phillips (Kayla); and her great grandchildren, Alexis Phillips and Micah Myers.
