He was predeceased by: his wife Mona Leeseberg Nowlin; and his brother Terry Walker. He is survived by: his daughters, Deanna Shank, Angela Turacy and Nicole Valentine; his grandchildren, Courtney Wells, Dan Shank, Stephanie Allison, Sam Shank, Nathan Turacy, Aubree Valentine, Aidan Valentine and Asher Valentine; his great grandchild Shayna Wells; and his siblings, Hilda Nowlin Furey and Rick Nowlin.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Lou's memory or simply honor him by enjoying a slice of pizza and a good conversation with someone you love.
