She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Buchanan and Luella Buchanan; and her stepgrandson Kyle Davis. She is survived by: her husband Elmer Chicky; her children, Brian Chicky, Christine Power (Kevin Power) and Paul Chicky (Annette Chicky); her granddaughter Nicole Childers (Norris Childers); her great grandchild Nicholas; her grandson Shane Mulligan (Angelica Mulligan); her great grandchildren, Emily and Shane Jr.; her stepgrandson Kertus Davis; her granddaughter Holly Richter (Chad Richter); her great grandchildren, Gabriel and Chloe; her stepgrandchildren, Summer Power, Joe Power and Matt Power (Laura Power); her granddaughter Brittany Henson (Jim Henson); her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Harper and Grant; her grandson Matthew Chicky (Ray Chicky); her great grandchildren, August, Roman and Noah; her sister Ruth McQuigg (Bo McQuigg); and also, Cooper, Molly and Fletcher.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Wood Mortuary, Inc. (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wood Mortuary Chapel (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650).
