She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Mark and Brian Buchanan; her grandchildren, Mia, Myles, Carter and Nayeli; her child-in-law Jody Kennedy Peach of Greenville, SC.; and her siblings, Jimmy Higgins (Mary) of Hamstead, NC, Johnny Higgins (Kaye) of Hickory, NC, Janie Groeneveld (Henk) of Amsterdam, NL, June Stanley (Don) of Greensboro, NC, Joan McLaughlin of Stokesdale, NC, Judy White (Bob) of Greensboro, NC and Kelly Ayati of Greensboro, NC.. She was also cherished by eight nieces and nephews; and seven great-nieces and nephews.
