He was predeceased by: his mother Frances O'Neal. He is survived by: his sons, Ramon O'Neal and Demetrius O'Neal; and his siblings, Eddie O'Neal, Harold O'Neal (Sander), Melvin O'Neal and Mae O'Neal Miller (Leslie O'Neal Miller). He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
