With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melva Martin Gilmore (Greenville, South Carolina), who passed away on April 22, 2026 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Martin and Macie Martin; her brother O'Neal; and her husband Paul. She is survived by: her children, Gail Senn (Jerry) and Martin Gilmore (Susan); and her grandchildren, Becca Sakada (Chad), Caroline Anders (Jon), Trey Senn (Hannah), William Senn (Scarlett), Margaret Shekletski (Matt) and Davis Gilmore. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
